So, about two weeks ago, i broke my ankle. That sucked. Its not as bad as it could be, but it still sucks. I have the crutches with a walking boot for a month, and then at least another month of the boot. What i really need right now is to start physical therapy, but i cant because the athletic trainers on campus have a great big stick up there ass. So since i broke my ankle before school started i went off campus for treatment, i have kaiser, so they only covered the emergency room, and not the follow up appointment. So i got directions for what i needed for pt(physical therapy) and went to the health center so they could refer me to the trainers. BUt still the trainers told me that since i had treatment off campus, it was a liability for them to see me. Even though they have all the equipment and shit to do it, they still wont. So now, i have to go off campus for pt, and try to find the cheapest place that still has all the capability to do everything that needs to be done. The doctor wants me to go to pt 2x a day for 6 weeks, now with my school schedule, that just wont work....cuz im at school from 11-4 everyday with only a gap on mon. wed. and fri. and on thursday i am at school from 8-4. So if i was able to do pt on campus i could go in the gaps...but noooo....i cant, cuz they have a stick up there ass. So i called one place and they want like $120 for the initial evaluation, and for every visit, $100-$150, but if i pay at the time of visit then i have a 40% discount. So thats like $60 a visit right? well if i go 2 x day thats $120 a DAY for six weeks....INSANE!!! now all of this money is not coming out of my personal pocket, my parents are awesome (godlike) and paying it for me. But still, i feel really bad about them paying for it, and since i injured myself i just recently got a release to work, but i have to sit down and do it, so all i can really do is cashier, and my boss still hasnt called me even though he said he would. So i have limited money and i have bills coming up, and such....booo....so thats my life right now. School is fun and i look forward to all of my classes...so yeah...my life kinda sucks right now.
